Meet annually to keep information and specific details up to date such as assets, liabilities, financial accounts, digital assets and information on all bills such as due dates, account numbers, current payment methods, contact numbers and frequency of payment to alleviate the burden on loved ones trying to uncover all of this while grieving.

  • Estate Administration Coordination. Provide expertise as a trusted resource throughout the entire estate administration process. Support the legal agent (e.g. trustee, executor) by consultation and / or assistance of navigating the process to properly managing financial affairs of the estate. Assist with collecting information from documents and electronic devices for the purpose of uncovering assets, liabilities, financial accounts, digital assets, bills, estate documents and beyond. Create list of balances due on debts including bills that need to be paid. Create list of accounts that need to be closed and income sources that need to be notified. Provide list of accounts that need to remain open but changed into the name of someone else. Provide list of accounts that will remain open where beneficiaries need to be updated. Assist with or provide Bill Payment Services. Organize financial documents for tax preparation, beneficiaries, courts and beyond. Make contact with various entities based upon information collected. Coordinate with and refer to, if needed, estate administration attorneys, accountants or other professionals throughout the estate administration process.

  • Financial Advisor Coordination. Assist with the preparation process of meeting with a financial advisor for retirement planning by collecting and organizing information on all assets, liabilities, financial accounts, and bills. Collaborate, as needed, with the financial advisor through the creation of the retirement plan. Assist with implementing savings objectives into the budget to align with the retirement plan created by the financial advisor to help ensure retirement goals will be met in the future.

  • Credit Score Education. Educate on the importance of a good credit score and its influence beyond just applying for a loan or credit card. Discuss areas that have the greatest impact on improving credit score.

  • Financial Education and Coaching. Provide personalized financial education and coaching sessions to improve financial literacy, foster responsible money management habits, and empower informed financial decisions.

  • Refer To or Meet With Other Professionals. There are times when it is necessary for us to refer you to someone who specializes in something specific and other times where a coordinated effort is helpful. Whether it is a professional you are already working with or if you need a referral to one of our many professional partners, we stand ready to recommend or assist you or your business.
